THE OKKO HOTEL PARIS RUEIL MALMAISON 4* IS LOOKING FOR ITS TECHNICAL MANAGER.

OKKO HOTELS PARIS RUEIL-MALMAISON 4* will reopen its doors in May 2022 and is looking for its Technical Manager.
In collaboration with the Director and Deputy Director of the hotel, you will be in charge of:
- Take charge of the hotel's technical and IT installations and provide training for employees (fire safety)
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all the hotel's technical facilities in collaboration with the hotel and floor teams in order to enable the hotel to achieve its objectives of results and financial profitability and customer satisfaction.
Your main tasks will be:
- Routine maintenance of the hotel
- Set up a rigorous follow-up of the requests of the reception and floor team
- Resolve issues in a reactive and collaborative manner
- Perform minor maintenance work
- Advise the hotel manager on the need for specialized interventions
- Business Technique
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of technical, IT and fire safety installations
- Implement and monitor the preventive maintenance plan
- Manage maintenance contracts and relationships with subcontractors
- Prepare and monitor the action plans of the security commission and control offices
- Health / personal safety / environment
- Set up and monitor the health record (including water hygiene procedures)
- Organize and follow safety and fire training courses for all hotel employees
- Maintain the hotel's security logbook
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption
Experience and qualifications required:
- In-depth knowledge of electricity, plumbing and new technologies (Electrical authorization required)
- General knowledge of the various building trades, versatility
- Good interpersonal skills, situational intelligence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the hotel business
- Mastery of computer tools
