The Hotel OKKO PARIS GARE DE L'EST 4*, 170 rooms, the ninth hotel of the Group, opened its doors in July 2019, and is looking for its future Director to live this wonderful adventure.

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, in compliance with the health and safety standards of the profession and in accordance with the procedures and values of the OKKO Group in order to achieve the objectives of:
1- Results and financial profitability
2- Product and service quality
3- Customer satisfaction

4- Customer safety and building safety

In addition to having a strong presence in the field with customers and an exemplary attitude with employees, your main missions will be

Sales development and PR

  • Lead and develop commercial relationships
  • Be constantly on the lookout for the market and the local competition
  • Apply the pricing strategy in collaboration with the head office
  • Continuously look for ways to increase turnover
  • Participate in local professional and institutional organisations to promote a positive image of the hotel.

Team management

  • Organise and lead the work of the team in accordance with the OKKO spirit
  • Recruit, train, motivate, evaluate and develop staff
  • Ensure the application of and compliance with social legislation
  • Disseminate a culture of quality and performance within the team
  • Ensuring that health and safety rules are properly applied

Management

  • Ensure the hotel's current accounting in accordance with the established schedule
  • Draw up budgets
  • Monitor the hotel's performance indicators and control the site's profitability
  • Maintain the hotel's real estate assets

Quality

  • Ensure compliance with the brand's 4* quality standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor quality indicators

Experience required

  • You have a strong background in the hotel industry, including at least 3 years in hotel management.
  • You have previous experience in F&B
  • You have experience of the hotel market

Skills and qualities required

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: ability to delegate and evaluate, ability to listen and negotiate
  • Commercial know-how and competence in yield management
  • Administrative rigour, ability to anticipate, analyse and adapt
  • A keen eye for detail, with a developed customer focus to meet the requirements of 4* clients
  • You speak French and English fluently and have a good command of IT tools
