The restaurant of the hotel OKKO PARIS LA DEFENSE is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager!
OKKO HOTELS is a young French hotel group whose ambition is to offer the best of 4* to the travellers of today and tomorrow. The opening of the OKKO LA DEFENSE hotel is marked by the opening of the group's first restaurant.

In close collaboration with the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant according to the procedures and values of the OKKO HOTELS group: conviviality, generosity, modernity and serenity.
In addition to having an exemplary attitude towards customers and staff at all times, your main missions will be :
Restaurant opening
- Participate in the opening of the restaurant (recruitment, staff training)
- Implementing procedures in the kitchen (adapting technical sheets and recipes, testing the menu)
- Ensure operational procedures
- Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis (compliance with procedures, supervise service)
- Have a global vision of the kitchen and the activity (hygiene, costs, turnover)
- Manage the kitchen staff
Internal responsibility
- Management of orders and supplies
- Maintain the kitchen equipment provided
- Work in collaboration with the management
Quality performance
- Creation of new menus according to the seasons
- Transcribe the identity and commitments of the restaurant in the offer
- Apply HACCP standards and establish a hygiene plan
- Work intelligently with foodstuffs and limit waste
Experience and qualities required:
- Experience in a similar position is desired Or 2 years of activity as a kitchen assistant
- Experience in an Italian restaurant is required
- Languages French, fluent English required
- Energetic, Rigorous, Organised, Leader, Skilled and excellent interpersonal skills
Work contract :
- CDI - 39h - Executive status
- Remuneration to be defined according to your experience
- Reimbursement of 50% of the transport ticket
