The OKKO HOTELS PARIS PORTE DE VERSAILLES hotel, which opened its doors in 2017, is looking for a BREAKFAST MANAGER.

What is the position of Breakfast Manager at OKKO HOTELS?

At OKKO HOTELS, you will work within a team to ensure and participate in the smooth running of breakfast, and serve the à la carte offer. You will be responsible for ensuring that the rules of hygiene and traceability are respected. On the menu, quality and local products for our breakfast buffet and gourmet and seasonal dishes for the lunch menu. You will also participate in the organisation of events (seminars, meetings, cocktail parties, etc.) organised within our Club.

Your main tasks will be :

Ensure the smooth running of the breakfast service
Ensure the service and clearing of the Club's tables
Knowing our products in detail as well as possible food risks (allergens, etc.),
Provide an exceptional welcome and customer service,
Supporting your team in the development of their skills and learning
Be the guarantor of traceability and hygiene for the establishment
Ensure the follow-up of orders and deliveries for the catering part
